Job summary

The Customer Success role partners with clients to ensure value realization, adoption, and retention across lifecycle, working with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to design and optimize solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or account management in SaaS/tech.
- Ability to gather requirements and design solutions with stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and lifecycle management.
- Analytical with Excel/BI experience.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery and optimization of client journeys.
- Partner with Sales, PS and BI to align with client objectives.
- Own account health by monitoring adoption and outcomes.
- Identify risks and opportunities for retention.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Monitor performance metrics and value realization.
- Collaborate across delivery, CX, security, and tech teams.
- Participate in planning, go-live support, and optimization.
- Operate within Agile project delivery methodologies.
