Gratitude Philippines is seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cebu City. The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and practical problem solving while delivering high-quality solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

• Relevant professional experience in a similar role.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Open to college graduates with or without BPO experience
• Also open to HS/SHS or college undergraduates with at least 2.5 years of BPO experience
• Amenable to work on shifting scheduled and during holidays if needed
• Willing to work in Cebu City, Cebu.
