Qualifications

• At least High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
• At least 6 months BPO or customer service experience handling international voice accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Amenable to work onsite or in a hybrid setup (as required).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Follow standard operating procedures and meet performance metrics (e.g., AHT, CSAT, resolution time).
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and data security standards.
