Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a customer service representative to support customers across phone, email, and chat for tech, retail, healthcare, telco, and food-delivery services. You will resolve inquiries, gather feedback, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment, with shift flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Educational requirement is a high school diploma with 0–2 years of experience; strong communication, patience, and empathy
