Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer-facing experience in Australian banking or financial services.
• Excellent spoken and written English and professional communication with Australian customers.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail; independent issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails with prompt, professional responses.
• Investigate payment, account, and transaction concerns using internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams with clear summaries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open cases.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support content.
