Quess (Philippines) Corp is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a Financial Services account. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain a positive experience while following established processes and service standards.

Position requires onsite work in Pasig City and willingness to work night shifts. Candidates with 6–24 or 25+ months of BPO experience are welcome; training begins in Pasig.

Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support a Financial Services account. You will assist customers with their inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while following established processes and service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City

• Willing to work on a night shift

• Applicants with 6–24 months or 25+ months of BPO experience are welcome

Compensation

For candidates with 6–24 months BPO experience:

• Basic Salary: ₱17,000

• Non-Taxable Allowance: ₱2,200

For candidates with 25+ months BPO experience:

• Basic Salary: ₱18,000

• Non-Taxable Allowance: ₱2,200

Milestone Bonus: ₱10,000

• ₱3,000 – upon successful endorsement to the Production Floor

• ₱7,000 – upon successful completion of the project
