Job summary

VISAYA, a proudly Filipino-owned company recognized globally for service excellence, innovation, and malasakit, is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative (CSR/TSR) in Ortigas, Pasig City. This is an onsite night shift role requiring a customer-focused and tech-savvy professional.

You will provide first-line customer and technical support, navigate multiple systems, and join a team that values excellence, learning, and growth through training and incentives.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (College level or degree preferred).
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience (Telco experience is a plus).
• Experience working in a US night shift environment.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and attend onsite interviews.
