Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Spanish Bilingual with a background in healthcare to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of healthcare operations, and experience handling patient intake and triage efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls related to patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and healthcare services.
• Conduct standard triaging to determine the appropriate level of care or next steps for patients.
• Perform accurate data entry for patient intake, ensuring all information is properly documented in the system.
• Maintain wrap-up time under 60 seconds after each call to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Adhere to established accuracy and productivity standards .
• Manage sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, providers, and administrative staff to support smooth patient coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare call center or similar environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology , triaging procedures , and patient intake processes.
• Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
