Job summary

Gordian Staffing Careers in the Philippines is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support residential and mixed-use communities for US and Canada clients. You will handle calls and emails, assist with maintenance requests and billing questions, and provide property management information.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the following activities:

• Receive all incoming calls (50 to 60 priority calls a day).
• Assist customers with maintenance requests, answer general billing questions, and provide property management information over the phone and email.
• Listen to voicemails and process them appropriately.
• Communicate with Managers regarding any request needing special attention.
• Perform any other tasks as necessary for the smooth operation of the department.

Work Schedule

Graveyard Shift

• Daylight Saving:

Monday to Saturday: 10:30 pm - 07:30 am Manila Time

• Regular Schedule:

Monday to Saturday: 11:30 pm to 08:30 am Manila Time

* Onboarding Training for the first 2 weeks:

Regular: Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00 am to 09:00 am

*You will be expected to complete 20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date.

Minimum Requirements

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

• At least 3 years of experience in a BPO / call center setting.
• Previous experience working remotely.
• A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Previous experience in the property management industry is a plus.
