Job summary

Fusion CX in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking customer-focused individuals for a pioneering telco account. You will assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a high-quality service experience.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates with strong English; BPO experience is a plus but not required. Onsite work and shifting schedules, including weekends, are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School acceptable.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
