Job summary

You will answer inquiries about menu items, prices, availability, promotions, and order status, coordinate with the restaurant team, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BPO/customer service experience not required.
• High school graduate or college level/graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
