• At least 1 year of BPO experience (Banking/Financial account experience is an advantage)
• Senior High School graduate, High School graduate (old curriculum), or completed at least 2nd year of college
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
