Expo Centric is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client Coolway Trans, coordinating with Operations, Warehouse, and Drivers to ensure timely deliveries and proactive communication with customers.

You will handle enquiries via phone and email, manage bookings, and maintain POD documentation, contributing to smooth freight operations and ongoing service improvements. Fluency in English and strong organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Experience in transport, logistics, freight, warehousing, or supply chain is highly regarded.
• Experience handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM, TMS, WMS, or similar systems is desirable.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Manage freight bookings and delivery scheduling.
• Keep customers informed with delivery updates, ETAs, delays, and service changes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Drivers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Process POD documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Track shipments and communicate freight status.
• Resolve customer enquiries and investigate service issues.
• Prepare professional responses to customer complaints and escalate as required.
• Maintain information in the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring customer issues.

What You'll Do

• Process Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate freight status.
• Resolve customer enquiries and investigate service issues.
• Prepare professional responses to customer complaints and escalat[e] where required.
• Maintain accurate information within the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring customer issues.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Previous experience in transport, logistics, freight, warehousing, or supply chain is highly regarded.
• Experience managing customer enquiries via both phone and email.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
