Job summary

Hankyu Hanshin Express Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated logistics clerk with experience in freight forwarding. The role involves handling quotations, communications for the Sales Executive, tariff encoding on CW1, and coordinating export/import bookings at Clark Freeport Zone.

The candidate should have strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and be female. This full-time position expects 1–2 years of experience, an associate degree, and solid computer literacy to manage daily

Responsibilities

• Prepare, log and file quotations and Instructions and other related documents.
• Answer correspondence pertaining to assigned account and on behalf of the Sales Executive.
• Encode/Update Customer Tariff (Export & Import) on CW1 System whenever there is new shipment, instruction, rate increase and whenever it is deemed necessary.
• Arrange Export Constructive booking using CW1 system.
• Monitor and update customer for daily Import and Export Transactions.
• Attend to other customers and agents need, inquiries and concern.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by Superiors.
• Attend customer complain and other prepares logs action report.
