Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
- Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage rules, travel policies, and special assistance services.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve passenger concerns, including delays, lost baggage, refunds, and loyalty program questions.
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Follow airline protocols, safety guidelines, and service procedures.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to deliver precise and helpful information.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma with at least 3mos. experience.
- College graduate with no experience.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
