Beyond I. Tech Ventures Corporation is seeking a friendly Customer Service & Events Representative to be the voice and face of Bibo, Playnation, and iSwing.

You'll handle customer conversations across our social media platforms and represent our brands at events, ensuring guests have a great experience online and in person. Responsibilities include social media customer service, events facilitation, and capturing images or short videos to support marketing.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; college-level or degree in Communications, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, social media handling, or events hosting is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English, Filipino, and Cebuano/Bisaya.
• Comfortable speaking to crowds and interacting with families and groups.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and reviews on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for three brands.
• Attend brand events, activations, parties, and promotional activities and help with program flow.
• Take quality images (and short videos) during events and share with marketing for posting.
• Coordinate with events and marketing teams on setup, schedule, and materials.
