Job summary

GameOne PH is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service & Events Representative to be the voice of Bibo, Playnation, and iSwing. You’ll manage customer conversations across social media and host brand events, ensuring guests have a great experience online and offline.

You will respond to inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms; help with bookings, pricing, and event packages; take event photos and coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate; college level or degree in Communications, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, social media handling, or events hosting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Filipino, and Cebuano/Bisaya.
• Comfortable speaking in front of crowds and interacting with kids, families, and groups.
• Basic photography skills using a smartphone or camera.
• Familiar with Facebook Page inbox/Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Organized and able to manage messages for multiple brands at once.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and during events.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and reviews on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for all three brands.
• Answer questions about services, pricing, promos, schedules, bookings, and event packages.
• Handle complaints and concerns with patience and elevate issues to management when needed.
• Keep a record of common questions, feedback, and customer concerns and share insights with the team.
• Help prepare standard replies and FAQs to keep responses consistent across brands.
• Attend brand events, activations, parties, and promotional activities.
• Facilitate and host events, including games, activities, and program flow.
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Coordinate with the events team on setup, schedule, and materials.
• Take quality images (and short videos when needed) during events.
• Organize and send event pictures to the marketing team for posting.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and customer moments that can be used as social media content.
