Value Care Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle queries about healthcare plan benefits, answer inquiries, and coordinate with hospital staff. The role is contract-based and requires in-person work in Makati.

Assists and answers queries of Value Care clients and or hospital personnel regarding their plan benefit, consultation, admission and utilization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage.

• Issues outpatient/inpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;

• Coordinates with different departments to address clients needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4 year course - preferably medical-related courses.

• Anyone with relevant HMO experience is preferred but not required.

• Fresh / Entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
