Assists and answers queries of Value Care clients and or hospital personnel regarding their plan benefit, consultation, admission and utilization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in handling client's inquiries and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage.
• Issues outpatient/inpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentists;
• Coordinates with different departments to address clients needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any 4 year course - preferably medical-related courses.
• Anyone with relevant HMO experience is preferred but not required.
• Fresh / Entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque.
