Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions about accounts, transactions, and financial products.
• Dealing with customer grievances, fixing problems, and offering answers or different choices.
• Helping with the opening, verification, and updating of accounts.
• Managing payments, withdrawals, and other transactions related to accounts.
• Upholding a solid comprehension of financial products and services in order to aid customers proficiently.
• Precisely recording customer dealings and transactions.
• Additional tasks might be allocated by the direct supervisor.
