Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Customer Sales specialist in Taguig to engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, identifying sales opportunities and presenting product benefits. You will document interactions in the CRM and strive to meet targets while delivering exceptional service.

You should have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a contact center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a clear telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments; flexible shifts.
