Responsibilities

• Promotes the company through effective customer relations and goodwill activities.
• Contact new vehicle sales customers a week after delivery to ensure satisfaction with dealership experience.
• Contact service customers for follow-up to ensure satisfaction with services three days after release from shop.
• Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and resolves them promptly.
• Assist operating departments on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to manufacturers.
• Performs internal audits to ensure adherence to manufacturer standards.
• Submits internal and external reportorial requirements by deadlines.
• Assist in promoting and implementing a service appointment system.
• Assist in training conducted by the department.
• Assist in telemarketing various promos and events.
• Performs other duties as needed
