Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) in Parañaque is seeking a CRS Operations Assistant to oversee store CRS operations and provide administrative support to the department. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of work experience in any field.

You will enforce company regulations, respond to incidents, assist in investigations, and ensure proper handling and reporting of items left by customers or employees. This is a site-based position within the Philippines store network.
