Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries Phils., Inc. is seeking a Plant Tour Coordinator to assist in planning and executing plant tour programs. You will develop strategies, prepare reports, and coordinate with multiple plants while maintaining strong relationships with coworkers, customers, and clients.

You will conduct audio-visual presentations, serve as a tour guide, and manage booking schedules. The role requires a four-year degree, knowledge of ISO/HACCP/GMP/HALAL is advantageous, and familiarity with MS

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required or equivalent.
• ISO/HACCP/GMP/HALAL knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• At least six months of work experience in customer service or marketing.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Plan and contribute to the Plant Tour program and strategy.
• Prepare and review plant tour related reports.
• Coordinate plant tour requirements with other plants and maintain good relationships with staff and clients.
• Lead audio-visual presentations and act as tour guide.
• Manage booking schedules for plant tours.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with proper training.

• Program: Plant Tour

• Contributes in plant tour planning and developing strategies

• Prepares and reviews plant tour related reports

• Coordinates with other plants’ plant tour program requirements while maintaining good working relationship with co-workers, customers and other clients

• Conducts the audio-visual presentation and act as a tour guide

• Manages booking schedule

• Performs any other tasks and duties, which may be assigned from time to time provided given the proper training

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course

• Knowledge in ISO, HACCP, GMP and HALAL is an advantage

• With knowledge in computer software/MS Office applications

• With at least six months work experience, preferably in customer service and/or marketing

• Can start as soon as possible
