• With CSR experience in Food Distribution industry.
• With Order processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
• Process customer orders accurately in the system.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns or exchanges, and resolving related issues.
• Collect customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints for improvement.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
