Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in Makati is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer master data quality and SAP updates. You will process pricing master data requests, generate SAP downloads, and maintain monitoring files.

The role supports process improvement and adherence to ISO and Continuous Improvement standards. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, 1 year in Master Data, strong MS Office skills, and willingness for a mid-shift, hybrid work setup at Ayala

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; business-related preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in Customer Master Data or Master Data Management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Shared Service Center experience is an advantage.
• MS Office Suite knowledge required; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Skills in VBA, Macro and Power BI are highly preferred; Lean Six Sigma an advantage.
• Excellent command of English; fast learner with great attention to detail.
• Willing to work mid-shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and report on a hybrid set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati.

What you´ll do

• Ensure that customer master data is meeting the quality standard set by Global/Regional Process owners
• Process requests received from the business partners for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP
• Handle pricing master data requests from the database and updates in SAP directly or by mass upload

• Perform process improvement, awareness, adherence, and compliance to business requirements related to ISO, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
