Job summary

Grundfos in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Master Data Coordinator to ensure accurate customer data across SAP S/4HANA and related systems. You will support the creation and maintenance of master data, enabling sales and service teams to serve customers efficiently in a dynamic, international environment.

You will handle data requests from Product Units, validate forms, manually maintain data in SAP, and collaborate with global process owners to improve instructions and data workflows

Qualifications

• Experience with customer master data management or data maintenance workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP systems.
• Ability to validate requests, ensure data accuracy, and maintain data quality.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests from Product Units for account creation and data maintenance.

As our new Customer Master Data Coordinator, you'll be coordinating customer master data creation and maintenance across the Central and Eastern Euripe region, ensuring high-quality data that empowers our sales and service teams to deliver for customers. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Master Data team, you'll create impact by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer master data that underpins our business operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Handle incoming requests from Product Units for account creation and customer master data maintenance, validating request forms and required documentation
• Manually maintain customer master data in SAP S/4HANA based on validated requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business requirements
• Follow up with requestors to clarify information, enhance data quality, and support them in submitting changes or new account requests
• Assign relevant subtasks to stakeholders (e.g., pricing, conditions, extranet) and track completion to ensure timely request fulfillment
• Collaborate with the Global Business Process Owner and CMD Coordinators to improve instructions, documentation, and processes
• Identify and raise process issues, local exceptions, and improvement opportunities for tools and workflows

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure

It's a plus if you also:

• Experience working with ticketing systems for processing and tracking data requests
• Intercultural awareness and experience working in international or regional teams
