Ideal candidates have 2+ years in phone-based sales or customer success, a consultative approach, and familiarity with hosting products. Night shifts aligned to Philippine time are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone-based sales, account management, or customer success.
• Able to handle high-volume outbound calls daily with warmth.
• Uses a consultative selling approach rather than scripted pitches.
• Familiar with hosting products like shared hosting, VPS, domains, email.
• Strong organizational skills to manage pipelines and targets.
• Proficient with CRM and basic sales tools; quick to learn internal systems.
• Understands customer business needs and future requirements.
• Willing to work night shifts aligned to Philippine time.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads.
• Execute end-to-end sales and retention campaigns from lists and scripts.
• Build and maintain client relationships to reduce churn.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using account signals.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries about upgrades and services.
• Follow playbooks to recommend the right next step confidently.
• Keep CRM records accurate: notes, outcomes, next steps.
• Collaborate with Support and Retention for a consistent experience.
• Report on campaign performance and revenue, flag trends.
