Job summary

hosting.com is expanding its global team in Pasig, Philippines, seeking a proactive sales and account management professional to drive retention and growth across existing customers and warm leads.

You'll execute end-to-end campaigns, nurture client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, manage inbound inquiries, and keep CRM records accurate, collaborating with Support and Retention teams to ensure a consistent, trusted experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a phone-based sales, account management, or customer success role.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily with warmth on the phone.
• Consultative sales style with listening first, then recommending.
• Familiarity with hosting/SaaS/tech products or quick learning ability.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline and campaigns.
• Able to work night shifts in Philippine time.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads
• Execute sales and retention campaigns end-to-end: work from provided call lists and scripts, log outcomes, and hit weekly/monthly targets
• Build and maintain client relationships over time, becoming a trusted point of contact customers want to talk to before they churn or shop around
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using account signals and playbooks
• Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers about upgrading or adding services
• Follow structured playbooks to recommend the right next step confidently
• Keep CRM records accurate and current - call notes, outcomes, next steps, and flags for the team
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Retention teams to ensure a consistent experience
• Report on campaign performance - conversion rates, call volume, revenue generated
