Job summary

AIA is seeking an Unassigned Conservation and Lead Conversion Specialist to retain existing customers not assigned to a Life Planner and to drive new sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The role involves offering product solutions to meet the financial needs of customers to achieve individual and company targets.

Responsibilities include retaining customers, converting leads, maintaining product knowledge, building relationships, and preparing performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• At least 2 years' experience in Sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated and computer savvy.

Responsibilities

• Customer Retention: implement strategies to enhance loyalty and minimize attrition.
• Sales Performance: nurture and convert leads, resell to unassigned customers as needed.
• Product Knowledge: maintain understanding of insurance products and attend trainings.
• Relationship Management: build strong relationships with unassigned customers for future opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.
