Job summary

Propelrr is seeking an Account Manager to build and optimize lead generation systems and strengthen relationships with potential customers across multiple channels. You will manage incoming leads and collaborate with the Head of Operations to convert them into clients.

The role emphasizes client-focused solutions, data analysis, and proactive engagement to improve satisfaction and retention, reporting to the Head of Operations in the Client Success Management unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• With at least two (2) years of working experience in client/account management.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lead generation systems and processes to increase lead-to-sales conversion.
• Generate leads and build relationships by identifying and targeting potential customers through various channels.
• Manage incoming leads using different channels and collaborate with the Head of Operations to convert them into clients.
• Prepare and be part of client pitches.
• Collaborate with the team to discuss progress and generate new ways to improve the business and customer experience.
• Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collect and analyze data to identify industry trends and changing consumer behavior.
• Maintain knowledge of clients’ businesses and markets to pursue new opportunities and engage viable clients.
