Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is hiring a Conservation and Lead Conversion Specialist in the Philippines to retain existing customers unassigned to a Life Planner and to drive new sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

You will stay current on insurance products, prepare performance reports, and collaborate with the team to meet personal and company targets. Candidates should have at least 2 years in sales and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated and computer savvy.

Responsibilities

• Customer retention: implement strategies to improve loyalty and minimize attrition.
• Sales: nurture and convert leads; reach unassigned customers; perform virtual or face-to-face sales.
• Product knowledge: maintain understanding of insurance products and attend trainings.
• Relationship management: build strong relationships with unassigned customers for future resell opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.
