Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Development Supervisor (CDS) to lead customer acquisition and retention strategies, drive sales growth, and oversee a team of sales representatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of sales or customer development experience (FMCG preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and product penetration.
Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to hit targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads to customers.
Monitor sales performance, report findings, and provide data-driven insights.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotions with product strategy.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms in line with policies.
Conduct regular customer visits and field work to assess needs and competition.
Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance.
