Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the counter and dining area.
• Handle cash and other payment transactions accurately.
• Ensure excellent customer service and respond to customer concerns appropriately.
