Qualifications

High school graduate or college level/graduate.
With or without experience in restaurant or food service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented and pleasant personality.
Hardworking, reliable, and responsible.
Can work well with a team.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and accurately process customers' food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and properly.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
Answer customers' questions about the menu and provide recommendations when needed.
Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
Check customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Process bills and payments accurately when required.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards.
