Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Receive payments and provide correct change
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Keep the counter, dining area, and work station clean and organized
• Refill food, beverage, and other supplies as needed
• Assist customers with their inquiries and requests
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
