Job summary

You'll partner directly with customers to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using leading tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere
• Build reusable automation components, workflows, and integrations
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client teams
• Advise on automation strategy, governance, and best practices
• Collaborate with C9's technical and delivery teams to ensure quality and customer success
• Document and analyze business processes to ensure accurate automation execution and standards
