C9 Pty is seeking a Customer-Facing RPA Expert / Consultant to help clients streamline operations and drive digital transformation through Robotic Process Automation. The role is remote with Australian business hours alignment and project-based engagement.

You will design, develop, and optimize automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere, while engaging with clients, conducting workshops, and advising on automation strategy.

Qualifications

Experience engaging with clients to identify automation opportunities.
Design and deploy RPA solutions using leading tools.
Build reusable automation components and integrations.
Deliver workshops and training for client teams.

Responsabilités

Engage with clients to capture processes suitable for automation.
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
Create reusable automation components and workflows.
Coach client teams through workshops and training sessions.
Advise on automation strategy, governance, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery quality.
Document business processes and maintain automation standards.
