Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design and implement automation solutions using Python and Power Automate.

You will analyze existing processes, build and test scripts, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting workflows, and staying current with RPA technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven Python automation experience and scripting.
• Hands-on Power Automate or equivalent RPA platform experience.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with workflow design, process modelling and BP analysis.
• Troubleshooting, debugging and optimizing automation workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with other languages or scripting tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and database systems, Agile knowledge is advantageous.

• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and create technical specifications for RPA implementations

• Build, test, and deploy automation scripts and workflows in accordance with quality standards and best practices

• Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives

• Troubleshoot and debug RPA solutions, addressing issues and optimizing performance for maximum efficiency

• Document automation workflows, code, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing and future maintenance

• Provide technical support and training to end-users on newly implemented automation solutions

• Stay current with RPA technologies, tools, and industry developments to continually enhance automation capabilities

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Proven experience developing Python applications and scripts for automation and data processing
