Job summary

The RPA Developer - UiPath at NCS Group designs, develops, and deploys automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement solutions, and continuously optimize performance.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in RPA development, with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator expertise. Certifications like UiRPA or UiARD are preferred, and you will work in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications preferred – UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).
• Related work experience – 3 to 5 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development; full lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test scalable automations using UiPath Studio to meet requirements.
• Manage deployment to production via UiPath Orchestrator and monitor performance.

The RPA Developer - UiPathdesigns, develops, and deploys automation solutions using the UiPath platform to streamline business processes. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure continuous optimization.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document business processes, identifying opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and test robust and scalable automation workflows and solutions using UiPath Studio, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Manage the deployment of RPA solutions to production environments using UiPath Orchestrator, monitor their performance, and provide timely support for any issues.
• Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration with existing systems, and deliver successful automation projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed automation processes, including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Provide ongoing support for deployed automations, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and continuously optimize processes for improved efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Adhere to and contribute to RPA development best practices, including code standards, version control, and exception handling.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: Preferred – UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).
• Related Work Experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development, with a strong understanding of the complete RPA project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support).
• Experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is an advantage.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Knowledge –
• Deep understanding of process design, exception handling, logging, and version control in RPA development.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, or Python for workflow logic and integration; experience with REST APIs and SQL for database operations.
• Skilled in creating and maintaining Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Familiarity with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Process Mining, or Automation Hub.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and data structures used in automated workflows. Skills –
