Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking a Customer Experience & Supplies Support Agent to deliver excellent customer service while coordinating both service operations and supply fulfillment. In a high-volume, fast-paced environment, you will handle calls, dispatch service, process supply orders, and maintain accurate records across CRM and order systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in customer service, service coordination, call center, or operations support.
• Experience in service dispatch, order entry, supply fulfillment, or technical support coordination is strongly preferred.
• Experience with multi-system environments (CRM, ticketing, order management) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls promptly and courteously to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Coordinate service dispatches for hardware, software, connectivity, and maintenance issues.
• Process supply orders while monitoring costs and fulfillment guidelines.
• Manage a high-volume ticket queue and ensure updates meet SLAs.
• Document all interactions in CRM and other internal systems for traceability.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Account Management to resolve issues.
