Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is looking for a dedicated customer service professional to join our Customer Center in the Philippines. You will respond to inquiries about products and services, resolve complaints, and handle the administrative functions at the center, ensuring smooth operating efficiency.

You will also support pre-screening of new business applications, process payments, and manage aftersales activities such as claims.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
• Handle and resolve complaints
• In charge of the administrative functions at the Customer Center
• Pre-screen New Business Applications using Front End Pre-screening Tool
• Process payments received at the Customer Centers
• Pre-screen and process aftersales transactions (PAD, Claims, etc.)
• Provide support in the regular quality review of transactions and new initiatives
• Deliver easy experience to customers by promoting digital tools
