Job summary

The role covers pre-screening new business, processing payments, handling after-sales requests such as claims and licensing, and supporting various administrative tasks while promoting digital tools like PRU Access.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Handle and resolve complaints and manage administrative functions at the Customer Center.
• Pre-screen New Business Applications using Front End Pre-screening Tool.
• Process payments received at the Customer Centers.
• Promote digital tools to customers for easier transactions.
• Provide timely responses on product and policy-related inquiries.
• Support in post-dated checks encoding and monitoring systems (PDC-MS, PR-MS).
• Coordinate with Agency Sales and Marketing for business development activities.
