• Coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to verify satisfaction.
• Assist in loyalty programs and surveys.
• Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and service performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and other departments for seamless support.
• Represent Toyota Iligan with professionalism and integrity.
