• Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.

• Stay updated on latest Toyota vehicle models, features, and technologies.
• Educate customers on vehicle specifications, financing options, and warranties.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about Toyota's products and services.
• Prepare sales and quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Submit regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
