Job summary

Vantage Financial Corporation is seeking a Front Line Associate to join our branch operations in a full-time capacity. You will engage with clients, promote e-Biz and related services, handle OTC transactions, and collaborate with Marketing on product launches.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset and reliable cash handling. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree, a pleasant personality, and are located near the work site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well near the designated location.
• Cash handling experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts client calls/visits to boost transactions.
• Promotes e-Biz as a one-stop shop and cross-sell services.
• Coordinates with Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Handles OTC transactions per company guidelines.
• Follows escalation procedures for transactions beyond authority.
• Performs start/end-of-day protocols (vault opening, cash count, filing).
• Prepares and submits accurate branch reports on time.
• Manages cash withdrawals and deposits to maintain optimal branch cash levels.
• Reports transaction errors and discrepancies promptly.
