Job summary

You will act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, collaborate with store teams, and monitor CX across touchpoints to ensure service standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or retail/F&B operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or CRM tools is an advantage.
