Job summary

TTEC's Novaliches site is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the night shift onsite. You'll help customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding product knowledge with a friendly approach.

Ideal candidates have completed senior high school or some college, at least 3 months BPO experience, strong verbal and business writing skills, plus basic computer experience. We offer a supportive culture and a benefits package, with growth opportunities within a globally
