Job summary

Helpware is seeking a Commercial Content Lead to build and strengthen our customer evidence bank and craft compelling commercial content across stories, use cases, data sheets, and solution pages.

You will interview senior SMEs, translate complex solutions into buyer-friendly narratives, and collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to create reusable assets that demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B commercial writing, case-study development, solution content, sales enablement content, or similar work
• Excellent interviewing skills and confidence working directly with senior SMEs
• Strong ability to understand unfamiliar or technically complex subjects quickly
• A natural instinct for asking, “Can we prove that?”
• Ability to translate operational features and technical capabilities into buyer problems, business value, and measurable outcomes
• Strong storytelling ability grounded in facts rather than marketing hyperbole
• Ability to write effectively across case studies, solution pages, data sheets, use cases, and other commercial formats
• Comfortable working from incomplete source material and knowing what questions need to be answered before writing
• Strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and substantiation
• Ability to manage multiple content workstreams with SMEs, dependencies, and approval paths
• Experience in BPO/BPS, CX, technology, professional services, or complex enterprise solutions is highly advantageous
• Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, Sales, or GTM teams would be particularly valuable

Responsibilities

• Build our customer-story engine; develop and strengthen Helpware's customer evidence bank
• Interview Operations leaders and SMEs to uncover customer challenges, interventions, and outcomes
• Turn proof into persuasive content: case studies, customer stories, and data sheets
• Translate complex solutions into buyer-facing propositions and commercial narratives
• Build out our offering library for eight priority offerings with supporting content
• Connect customer proof to solutions to substantiate claims with real results
• Write across formats from customer stories to data sheets and use cases
• Collaborate with Editorial priorities and assist with broader content needs
• Ensure accuracy, substantiation, and proper approvals before publishing
