Helpware is seeking a Commercial Content Lead in the Philippines to turn customer experiences and technical outcomes into compelling, reusable content across stories, data sheets, use cases, and solution pages.

You will collaborate with Operations, Solutions, Sales, and SMEs to extract evidence, structure it effectively, and translate complex services into buyer-friendly narratives that support proposals and market offerings.

Qualifications

Excellent interviewing and content development skills.
Ability to translate complex concepts into buyer-focused narratives.
Strong storytelling grounded in facts and evidence.
Experience with case studies, data sheets, solution pages, and use cases.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen Helpware's customer evidence bank, starting with the 14-story pipeline.
Interview Operations leaders, account teams, and SMEs to uncover customer challenges and measurable outcomes.
Turn proof into case studies and customer stories with real business impact.
Translate complex, operational solutions into buyer-facing content across formats.
Contribute to the eight priority offerings with supporting solution content.
Ensure accuracy, substantiation, and consistency across published content.
Manage multiple content workstreams with varied SMEs and approvals.
